cxcricket Terms and Conditions

In this document, "cxcricket", "platform", "we" or "our" refers to the entity operating the cxcricket service. "Member" or "user" refers to anyone who has registered on this platform or is using the service. "Service" refers to the cxcricket website, mobile application and all betting, casino and gaming features offered through them.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read this entire document and agreed to all its terms. Our Privacy Policy and responsible gaming guidelines also apply alongside these terms.

The minimum age to use any cxcricket service is 21 years. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account, placing bets or making any financial transactions.

cxcricket reserves the right to verify a user's age through the information provided at registration. If it is found that an account holder is under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and any funds held will be dealt with in accordance with applicable policy.

The following individuals are also not permitted to open an account on cxcricket:

• Anyone previously banned from the platform for any reason
• cxcricket employees or their immediate family members
• Residents of regions where use of this service is not legally permitted

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all associated accounts may be cancelled.

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full name (as shown on your National ID or passport)
• Correct date of birth
• Active mobile number and email address
• Current address

If you register with false or incorrect information, cxcricket reserves the right to suspend or cancel that account at any time. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals can be processed.

3.1 Account Verification

cxcricket may request identity verification from a member at any time. This process may require photos of a National ID, passport or other government-issued documents. If the required documents are not submitted within the given time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else or allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, notify the cxcricket support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account credentials, unless a security breach occurs on the platform's side.

The minimum deposit amount on cxcricket is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).

Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required if a verification process is ongoing or unusual activity is detected.

5.1 Ownership of Funds

Funds held in an account belong solely to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to another person's name or transactions via a third party's payment method are not permitted. It is preferred that the deposit and withdrawal methods belong to the same individual.

5.2 Anti-Money Laundering

cxcricket follows international anti-money laundering standards. Suspicious or unusual transactions are monitored and the right is reserved to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

New members on cxcricket can receive a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing your balance to ৳3,000; to withdraw, you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

A bonus is not cash — it can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met. If you withdraw while a bonus is active, the bonus will be cancelled.

6.1 Other Promotions

cxcricket also offers a number of specific promotions, each with its own terms:

• cxcricket Weekend Reload Festival: 50% bonus, up to ৳5,000, 20x wagering. Can be claimed once on each of the last two days of the week.
• Cricket Fan Special Bonus: 30% bonus, up to ৳3,000, 15x wagering. Applies to the Sports section only.
• cxcricket Daily Deposit Reward: 20% bonus, up to ৳2,000, 18x wagering. Can be claimed once per day.
• Birthday Special Gift: Reward of up to ৳1,000, 10x wagering. Your correct date of birth must be registered on your account.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts, using another person's identity or any form of manipulation to take advantage of bonuses will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the account.

Once a bet is placed on cxcricket, it is considered final. cxcricket reserves the right to void or adjust a bet if it is affected by a technical error or incorrect odds.

In live or in-play betting, a bet may be affected if the internet connection is lost. In such situations, cxcricket's decision is final.

7.1 Match Cancellation and Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. If the event takes place within 36 hours of the scheduled time, the bet will be settled according to the result.

7.2 Casino Games

The outcome of all casino games is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) rate varies by game. In live casino games (including Evolution, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live), if a technical issue occurs with the dealer or table, that round may be considered void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cxcricket:

• Placing bets through fraudulent means or attempting to manipulate outcomes
• Placing bets connected to match fixing or spot fixing
• Using automated software or bots to place bets
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address
• Coordinated efforts to abuse bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
• Attempting to compromise platform security or hacking
• Using an account for money laundering purposes

If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated funds will be frozen.

cxcricket reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Providing false or incomplete registration information
• Participation in prohibited activities
• Failure to meet the age requirement
• Failure to complete identity verification

Members may also request closure of their own account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email. Any outstanding legitimate funds will be returned before the account is closed.

cxcricket provides its service on an "as is" basis. cxcricket is not liable for any loss resulting from technical errors, server outages, issues with third-party payment methods or internet connectivity.

Betting and gaming always carry financial risk. Users place bets at their own discretion and bear full responsibility for wins and losses. cxcricket does not guarantee any specific outcome or profit.

cxcricket does not sell your information to any third party. However, limited information may be shared with trusted technology partners and payment gateways for the purpose of operating the service.

cxcricket believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. We encourage all members to bet within their means.
